Our Story
We are a small family business run by father and son, Stephen and Gregg Hilton.
It is no secret that there is a shortage of affordable houses in the UK at the moment. As a result there is huge demand for affordable housing across the country. This demand is pushing prices up and leaving too many people unable to afford a home. Sadly the big developers only seem interested in building large executive types of houses as this gives them the most profit.
We have noticed over the last few years that the quality of new houses appears to be falling.
We believe there are many factors that have caused this fall in quality:
- By developers placing unrealistic time restraints on tradesmen to complete a task.
- By developers not paying tradesmen a good and fair price for their work and placing financial penalties upon them for not completing a task within the allotted time.
These actions almost force the tradesman to cut corners or produce work to a poor standard in order for them to complete the tasks in time and therefore not incur any financial penalties.
Is this really the best way to create a quality Home that “You” the customer will be happy with for years to come? We think not!
It also appears large developers have very poor customer service once a sale has been completed. You may have read about or seen on TV stories of horror houses and appalling after care shown by the big developers.
Is it a case of, “We have a sale and your money now go away? Stop complaining.”?
I don’t know.
But whatever it is, it’s appalling and should never happen, but sadly it does.

It is our aim to be recognised as “The Quality Affordable House Builder” within the UK for building houses that “You” and your families are proud to live in for years to come.
We are very passionate about building quality homes that “You” will love. To us every house should be built with Pride and Passion and not just be about making a massive profit.
